This site is run by Handy Andy Autos, a sole trader based in Tunbridge Wells. When you send the enquiry form, the details you type (your name, phone number, town, the car's registration and anything you tell us about the problem) are emailed to Andy so that he can ring you back. They are used for that and for nothing else, and they are not passed to anyone else.

If you type a registration into the reg box, it is sent to the DVLA's Vehicle Enquiry Service to fetch the car's make, colour, fuel type, year, engine size, MOT and tax dates. The registration is not written to any log and is not kept once the page has shown you the result.

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and taps on the phone number and the form without cookies and without identifying you. There is no advertising tracking on this site unless a Google Ads campaign is running, in which case Google's conversion tag records that a call or an enquiry happened.
