Mobile mechanic in Southborough
Southborough runs into Tunbridge Wells without a gap, so for Andy it is barely a journey: the Common, the roads either side of London Road, and High Brooms next door with its station and its units.

Southborough from Tunbridge Wells
Two miles up the London Road from the centre of Tunbridge Wells, under ten minutes door to door.
If you live in Southborough you are about as close to Andy's base as it is possible to be, and it shows in how quickly a job gets done. The town is strung along the A26 London Road between the Common at the top and the edge of Tunbridge Wells at the bottom, with the Victorian terraces and the between-the-wars semis running off it on both sides, Holden Park Road, Yew Tree Road, Pennington Road, Speldhurst Road, and the newer closes tucked behind them. Most of those houses have a drive or a hard standing at the front, and a hard standing is all a mobile mechanic needs: he parks the van across the end of it, gets the car on stands, and does the service or the brakes or the repair there while you get on with your morning. The terraces closer to the road are tighter, and on those he will ask about parking before he comes so that he is not blocking a neighbour or working on a camber. High Brooms sits alongside, with the station car park, the industrial units off North Farm Road and Longfield Road, and the Sainsbury's end of things, and cars get worked on in all of them given a level bay and the site's permission. The Common itself is a pleasant place to break down on a Sunday walk and a poor place to change a wheel bearing, so if your car has stopped up there, ring, and he will come and look before deciding whether it moves under its own power or on the back of something.
Driveways and hard standings
Off London Road on both sides, most houses have somewhere to park the car off the road. That is all the job needs: a level spot and the keys. Tight terraces near the main road: he checks the parking with you first.
High Brooms
The station car park and the units off North Farm Road and Longfield Road. Servicing, brakes, diagnostics and most repairs, done during the working day with the site's say-so.

Questions from Southborough
How quickly can you get to Southborough?
It is a few minutes from where Andy is based. He gives you a time when he gives you the price, and it is usually the same visit that does the job because the reg tells him what to bring.
My road in Southborough is a terrace with street parking. Can you still work on the car?
Often, yes. He will ask where the car is parked and whether the road is level; a job on stands needs a flat spot, a diagnostic read or a battery does not.
Is High Brooms covered as well?
Yes. High Brooms is one of the ten places on Andy's own list, and it is next door to Southborough.
